For me, climate change is the ultimate ‘wicked problem’: extremely difficult to solve due to its complexity and uncertainty. But I like a challenge and it has fuelled me to specialise in climate risks and adaptation. Throughout my career I have been looking for ways to simplify complex knowledge and data, and to build bridges between theory and practice. Outside of work, I like playing guitar or I can be found in the woods walking my dog!
