we have developed the climate impact atlas for Cura\u00e7ao together with the Cura\u00e7ao Climate Change Platform (CCCP): <a href=\"https:\/\/www.klimakorsou.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">klimakorsou.com<\/a>. KlimaK\u00f2rsou was commissioned by the International Panel on Deltas and Coastal Areas (IPDC). The atlas is available in Papiamentu, English and Dutch and can be used by anyone concerned with climate change in Cura\u00e7ao.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Cura\u00e7ao faces challenges due to climate change. Coastal flooding, pluvial flooding and increasing heat threaten the future of the island. KlimaK\u00f2rsou provides insight into the different hazards and impacts. For example, which places are vulnerable to flooding? And in which places will it get very hot? You can find information about that on KlimaK\u00f2rsou. A lot is already being done on Cura\u00e7ao to limit these consequences, but little data was available. KlimaK\u00f2rsou therefore brings all knowledge together in one central location.
