Climate change has major implications for the real estate sector. Therefore, CBRE Investment Management (IM) wants to gain insight how its real estate and other assets are exposed to the effects of climate change and what the risks are. We help CBRE IM do this by analysing the best available public data for the probability of flooding from coasts and rivers in Europe. We use these analyses to understand the flood risks of the assets within one of CBRE IM’s funds. For CBRE IM, climate adaptation is part of the transition to a sustainable, carbon-neutral, resilient, just and healthy society, in which it wants to play a pioneering role.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n
