class=\"container\">\n        <div class=\"row justify-content-md-between\">\n            <div class=\"col-lg-8\">\n                <p>Because much of the Netherlands is below sea level, our country has a lot of experience with water management. But Dutch cities are also already working a lot on climate adaptation in other areas: the Netherlands has a <a href=\"https:\/\/klimaatadaptatienederland.nl\/en\/policy-programmes\/national-strategy\/delta-programme-spatial-adaptation-dpra\/\">Delta Plan for Spatial Adaptation<\/a>, cities do climate stress tests, there is a national <a href=\"https:\/\/www.klimaateffectatlas.nl\/en\/\">Climate Impact Atlas<\/a> and we can estimate future financial damage with the help of the <a href=\"https:\/\/climatedamageatlas.com\/\">Climate Damage Atlas<\/a>. What can be learned from the experiences of Dutch cities?
